Most standard characters are delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on complexity. Custom and full-package orders may take longer, and we'll always give you an estimate upfront.
We typically deliver GLB/GLTF for real-time use, FBX for animation pipelines, and STL for 3D printing. Other formats are available on request.
Yes. Every order includes a round of revisions so the final model matches your reference and requirements before delivery.
Yes, rigging and animation are available as an add-on service, or as part of our full concept-to-3D package.
